You can confirm compatibility in two ways: Check the PN (Part Number) or model number on your old battery (e.g., Dell 0XRN8P, Bosch BAT609) and enter it in our search bar for an instant match. Check the device model on the bottom of your laptop or tool (e.g., Dell XPS 15-9550, Makita DHP481) and compare it against the “Compatible Models” list on our product detail pages. If you’re still unsure, send us a photo of your old battery or your device model – our support will confirm manually within 1 hour.
- Retail (in-stock) orders: Orders placed before 4:00 PM ship the same day; after 4:00 PM, they ship the next business day. Domestic delivery usually takes 2–4 days; international orders 5–10 days (depending on destination).
- Custom orders: After specs are confirmed, sampling takes 7–15 working days. After sample approval, mass production takes 15–30 working days (depending on quantity and complexity). We’ll keep you updated on progress every step of the way.
- Our custom service is highly flexible:
- MOQ: We have no strict MOQ. Even if you only need 10 or 50 units, we support small-batch trials. Long-term partners enjoy tiered pricing.
- Sampling process: It’s simple. Just tell us your device model or specs → we provide a design proposal and quote → upon your approval, we produce 3–5 samples and ship them to you for testing → after sample sign-off, we proceed with mass production. Sample costs are fully deductible from your subsequent bulk order – effectively free sampling.
- Certification support: We can provide CE, UL, RoHS, and other test reports to meet your export or tendering requirements.
